I am sure everyone is familiar with the American Airlines Three Diamond Society.  This Society has been an employee and retiree organization whose members have/had achieved a minimum of thirty years of service with American Airlines.

At the beginning of 2020, the Three Diamond Society’s Executive Committee had announced that their Annual Convention would be held in April 2020, and all members were invited to gather in DFW for the three-day event.  The event would have included various activities, meetings, and a Gala Dinner Event for all attendees. The dinner, along with a prominent guest speaker will be held at the C.R. Smith Museum. 

Unfortunately, as we all know, the Covid-19 pandemic struck and everything came to a halt and the Convention for 2020 was cancelled.

The Three Diamond Society is now planning to hold next year’s 2021 Convention in DFW like they planned for the 2020 Convention (date to be determined). 

The 2021 Convention can also provide a great alumni reunion event for our AA JFK Alumni Association.  If we can get enough members to attend, even just for the dinner event, we will request dedicated tables for our group.  Since everyone has been, for the most part, “locked down”, it could provide a great escape and a chance to gather again as one of the major retiree groups of American Airlines.

So, for our members who are already Three Diamond Members, there is no problem, as you will be invited.  For those who are NOT currently a member and who served AA for more than 30 years, here is your chance to join now or re-join the Three Diamond Society.  The annual dues rate is $25.00 per year.

The Three Diamond Membership Application Form is available in the second email you are receiving now.  So, print out that e-mail but when you open it, you will not see the Form because it is located on page 2 of the email.  When you see only a red banner and nothing below it, just go ahead and hit “Print” and the form will print as page 2.  You will also get a page 3 with another red banner.  Use the Form accompanied by your $25.00 check made out to “Three Diamond Society” and mail to the address indicated. 

If you wish to use Pay-Pal, you will have to enter the link into your browser and then e-mail a copy of your completed Application Form to that address shown.
